When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food and water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.

The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing: they miss someone very special to them; who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. The bright eyes are intent; the eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to break away from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. YOU have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

2005-03-23 [Lethargic Panda]: Sigh. I was talking about the site, she then made a comment about not being around when the legend was created. I pointed out that I was talking about the site, and she then began name calling, as she pointed out exactly what I had said in the aforementioned statement; she then followed with a comment of not having a computer (so she reinforced a statement she directly contested). I pointed it out yet again in the following statement, in a blindly hopeful attempt that she would understand. She then responded with more petty insults. And Vampyre, what's your purpose here? To join in the feeble insults?

2005-03-23 [Lethargic Panda]: We've spent the last week trying to show AoM what was clearly stated in the original comment. For someone constantly insulting the reading abilities of others, it seems awfully hypocritical that you can't even pick up the entire latter half of a sentence.

And just to shut this up so ppl don't get to carried away with it, I DIDN'T CREATE ANYTHING TO DO WITH RAINBOW BRIDGE EXCEPT THIS VERY WIKI! The ledgend was based a gajillion billion friggin years ago so I didn't start that (But I'm sure my ancestors did, because intelligance and creativity just run through the veins of all of my family) nor did I creat the idea for a web site AS I DID NOT have access to a computer at the time, however if I had... I would have. NOW SHUT UP!! @.@ (P.S. Sorry, just not in exactly a great mood and don't want BS on my wiki)

2005-04-12 [Archeress of Mirkwood]: Hmmm... I'll have to think about that, because it's purpose is meant to be for animals, and I"m not sure if I want to use that loop-hole or not. He'd be the only human on here... and there are other memorials for him around ET... I'll think about that one.
